Every Minilume order is shipped directly from our manufacturing partners to your door. This is how we keep our prices honest and our quality uncompromised.
Delivery destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 12 to 20 working days from dispatch. Each order is assigned a tracking number which is sent to you by email once your parcel has left our partner's facility.
Delivery windows may vary slightly during peak periods or due to customs processing. We will notify you promptly if any delay affects your order.
Shipping costs
Shipping is complimentary on all orders. No minimum spend required.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your parcel's progress at any time. If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@minilume.com.
Customs and import duties
All applicable customs duties and import taxes for UK deliveries are included in your order total. You will not be asked to pay anything additional upon delivery.
