Your right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within this period by emailing contact@minilume.com with your order number and intention to return.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a partial refund if an item shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
How to return
Contact us at contact@minilume.com with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days. Please do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from us.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
